Registration for Senior Tutor Workshop

Using ICF terminology within the Bobath Concept, is not an option, it is a necessity, so that what we do is better understood by professionals internationally.

Workshop aims

  • To analyse the similarities between the Bobath concept and the ICF framework in clinical practice when aiming to improve quality of life and enable participation.
  • To show that the core ideas within ICF language and Bobath terminology are not contradictory, they are a product of the NEUROSCIENTIFIC CONCEPTS OF THEIR PERIOD.
  • Following a series of previous senior tutor workshops and working groups, that focused on core issues of the Bobath Concept and terminology, and how these should be presented on Foundation (Basic) courses– this workshop will attempt to integrate all.
